Primary Function
Mr. Megonigal has overall group responsibility for estimating, project management and operations for major Water Treatment Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Underground Utility Projects.






Education
Delaware Technical & Community College – Construction Management, 1989. Training includes project management and estimating software including Expedition, Primavera and Spectra Physics.

Professional Experience
Over twenty years of Project Management and Estimating experience in the Tri-State area. Positions held include Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Estimator and Chief Estimator. Project types include underground utilities, site grading, structural concrete, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, bridges and chemical plants.
