G & L Named "Best in the Business" in DE

George & Lynch, Inc. has been named 2007 “Best in the Business” in the Delaware construction industry as a result of a News Journal analysis of the Delaware business community through its Best in the Business Section.

A survey was compiled by the News Journal by analyzing thousands of responses filed anonymously by employees, executives and members of the business community.  Companies were judged based on critical workplace elements including management, work/life balance and of course, pay and benefits.  An independent research firm, Workplace Dynamics, LLC, administered the survey and collected results.  9000 employees responded, representing 130 Delaware companies.

When analyzing the results, the goal was to find a true reflection of the quality of Delaware employers, evaluated by the people who know them the best – their employees.  14 business sectors were represented.

George & Lynch was ranked FIRST among construction companies and second with all companies of medium size (101 to 499 employees).
