Barry Hudson | Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Primary FunctionBarry Hudson is the company officer responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and cash management. He is responsible for the accounting staff and other administrative personnel in the corporate office. Mr. Hudson works daily with the president, vice president of operations and the accounting staff to ensure proper financial reporting. He is responsible for all information technology systems and maintaining the company’s leadership in the construction industry in the use of IT systems throughout the organization.
Education
Mr. Hudson holds an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Goldey Beacom College. Training has included numerous management programs.
Professional Experience
Mr. Hudson worked four years in public accounting before joining the George & Lynch team in 1978. In his thirty plus years with George & Lynch, he has worked in many corporate positions. Before taking over as CFO, he led the Management Information team that converted the old, obsolete computer systems to the current state of the art Construction Management System now in use at George & Lynch.
