Christopher Baker, P.E. | Vice President, Operations

Primary Functions
Mr. Baker directs the execution of all fieldwork by coordinating the efforts of job superintendents, project managers, equipment maintenance, and support staff.  He is responsible for labor and equipment resource allocation and scheduling for the entire company.   He is involved in estimates for major projects and assists in preparation of design-build proposals. 




 
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.  Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Delaware.  Proficient with estimating and project management software.

Professional Experience
Experienced in the Delmarva construction market for 25 years. Served as field laborer, estimating assistant, project manager and senior estimator.  Project types include all types of heavy civil construction.
